If you were not able to attend the 2022-2023 BRSOA Rules Clinic held on July 16th at Patton High School, you will need to complete the following tasks to receive credit for the clinic:

  1. Review the NFHS Rules Presentation which is embedded below.
  2. Complete the following three online modules on the NFHS Learn site (A tutorial video is provided near the bottom of the page to help you with accessing and registering for the following courses):
    • Officiating Soccer: Pre-Game Conference For Officials
    • Officiating Soccer: Fouls And Misconduct
    • Officiating Soccer: Offside Rule
  3. Once you have reviewed the NFHS Rules Presentation and completed all three NFHS Online Modules, you will need to download the certificates from the NFHS Learn site and will need to email them to David Whitman at david@blueridgesoccer.org.
