Dear Referees,

 

Isn't summer a wonderful time of year?  Warm weather, cook-outs, social get-togethers, sitting around the lake or pool, and a variety of other activities that perhaps requires no effort!  But it occurred to me while watching some World Cup matches that those referees look like they are in "SHAPE"!  They're running all over the field and having the audacity to be close to play!!!  Many have probably never eaten potato chips, ice cream, or a hot dog!

 

With that being brought to mind, just wanted to remind you that our fall soccer meeting is set for Saturday, July 24th, at Wilkes Community College.  Following this all day meeting, we'll begin scheduling our physical fitness test.  Now's a good time to start walking, running, or exercising in some fashion so everyone will be ready.  This season we'll post the names of everyone that takes the test on our web site. 

 

Have a good rest of the summer, and we'll plan to see you on Saturday, July 24th.
